Hallo zusammen, ich bin Matteo Candinas, 17 Jahre alt und komme aus dem sch\u00f6nen Disentis. Seit Sommer 2024 bin ich Lernender bei der surs it AG in Ilanz und starte dort meine Ausbildung als Informatiker EFZ. In meiner Freizeit verbringe ich gerne Zeit mit meinen Ziegen oder gehe eine Runde Golf spielen. Beides gibt mir einen guten Ausgleich zum Alltag.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\nBerufseinstieg<\/h3>\n
Berufseinstieg<\/h3>\nIch habe die Sekundarschule in Disentis abgeschlossen. Schon w\u00e4hrend der Schulzeit wurde uns die Aufgabe gestellt, uns mit m\u00f6glichen Lehrstellen auseinanderzusetzen. Damals war mir noch nicht ganz klar, in welche Richtung ich gehen m\u00f6chte \u2013 aber eines war sicher: Technik und Computer haben mich schon immer interessiert. Ich wollte einen Beruf, bei dem ich nicht nur mitdenke, sondern auch mitgestalten kann.<\/div>\nNach einigen Recherchen bin ich auf den Beruf des Informatikers gestossen. Je mehr ich mich damit befasst habe, desto mehr war mir klar, dass das der richtige Weg f\u00fcr mich ist. Ich habe mich beworben und durfte einen Schnuppertag bei der surs it AG machen. Dort f\u00fchlte ich mich von Anfang an wohl. Das Team war freundlich und die Aufgaben spannend. Kurze Zeit sp\u00e4ter erhielt ich die Zusage.<\/div>\n\u00a0<\/div>\nWas erwarte ich von diesen vier Jahren?<\/h3>\nMeine Lehre dauert vier Jahre. In dieser Zeit m\u00f6chte ich so viel wie m\u00f6glich lernen und mich stetig verbessern. Nat\u00fcrlich werde ich gefordert sein \u2013 ich bin bereit, mein Bestes zu geben und dranzubleiben. Von meiner Familie kann ich Unterst\u00fctzung erwarten, genauso wie vom Team der in technologies group AG. Ich hoffe auf abwechslungsreiche und spannende Aufgaben, die mich fordern und f\u00f6rdern. Mein Ziel ist es, am Ende der Ausbildung gut vorbereitet zu sein und selbstst\u00e4ndig in der Informatikwelt bestehen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/div>\n\u00a0<\/div>\nWas ist meine Rolle im Unternehmen?<\/h3>\nBei der surs it AG lerne ich den Beruf Informatiker EFZ mit Fachrichtung Plattformentwicklung. Zu Beginn geht es vor allem darum, Neues zu entdecken und die Grundlagen zu verstehen. Ich freue mich darauf, immer mehr Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen zu k\u00f6nnen \u2013 sei es beim Einrichten von Systemen oder beim L\u00f6sen technischer Probleme. Ich bin motiviert, mein Wissen Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt zu erweitern. Auch wenn es manchmal Geduld braucht: Mit \u00dcbung und Interesse w\u00e4chst man mit den Aufgaben.<\/div>\n\u00a0<\/div>\nWie bin ich privat?<\/h3>\nIch bin ein extrovertierter, kommunikativer Mensch und verbringe gerne Zeit mit meinen Freunden. Den gr\u00f6ssten Teil meiner Freizeit verbringe ich bei meinen Ziegen, die mir sehr am Herzen liegen und mit denen ich seit meiner Kindheit auch handle. Der Umgang mit Tieren erdet mich und gibt mir Energie. Golf ist f\u00fcr mich ein toller Sport, um den Kopf freizubekommen und gleichzeitig konzentriert zu bleiben. Ich bin jemand, der gerne Neues ausprobiert und Herausforderungen nicht scheut. Egal ob privat, gesch\u00e4ftlich oder schulisch \u2013 ich bleibe dran, bis ich mein Ziel erreicht habe.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

Nach einigen Recherchen bin ich auf den Beruf des Informatikers gestossen. Je mehr ich mich damit befasst habe, desto mehr war mir klar, dass das der richtige Weg f\u00fcr mich ist. Ich habe mich beworben und durfte einen Schnuppertag bei der surs it AG machen. Dort f\u00fchlte ich mich von Anfang an wohl. Das Team war freundlich und die Aufgaben spannend. Kurze Zeit sp\u00e4ter erhielt ich die Zusage.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\nWas erwarte ich von diesen vier Jahren?<\/h3>\n
Was erwarte ich von diesen vier Jahren?<\/h3>\nMeine Lehre dauert vier Jahre. In dieser Zeit m\u00f6chte ich so viel wie m\u00f6glich lernen und mich stetig verbessern. Nat\u00fcrlich werde ich gefordert sein \u2013 ich bin bereit, mein Bestes zu geben und dranzubleiben. Von meiner Familie kann ich Unterst\u00fctzung erwarten, genauso wie vom Team der in technologies group AG. Ich hoffe auf abwechslungsreiche und spannende Aufgaben, die mich fordern und f\u00f6rdern. Mein Ziel ist es, am Ende der Ausbildung gut vorbereitet zu sein und selbstst\u00e4ndig in der Informatikwelt bestehen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/div>\n\u00a0<\/div>\nWas ist meine Rolle im Unternehmen?<\/h3>\nBei der surs it AG lerne ich den Beruf Informatiker EFZ mit Fachrichtung Plattformentwicklung. Zu Beginn geht es vor allem darum, Neues zu entdecken und die Grundlagen zu verstehen. Ich freue mich darauf, immer mehr Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen zu k\u00f6nnen \u2013 sei es beim Einrichten von Systemen oder beim L\u00f6sen technischer Probleme. Ich bin motiviert, mein Wissen Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt zu erweitern. Auch wenn es manchmal Geduld braucht: Mit \u00dcbung und Interesse w\u00e4chst man mit den Aufgaben.<\/div>\n\u00a0<\/div>\nWie bin ich privat?<\/h3>\nIch bin ein extrovertierter, kommunikativer Mensch und verbringe gerne Zeit mit meinen Freunden. Den gr\u00f6ssten Teil meiner Freizeit verbringe ich bei meinen Ziegen, die mir sehr am Herzen liegen und mit denen ich seit meiner Kindheit auch handle. Der Umgang mit Tieren erdet mich und gibt mir Energie. Golf ist f\u00fcr mich ein toller Sport, um den Kopf freizubekommen und gleichzeitig konzentriert zu bleiben. Ich bin jemand, der gerne Neues ausprobiert und Herausforderungen nicht scheut. Was ist meine Rolle im Unternehmen?<\/h3>\nBei der surs it AG lerne ich den Beruf Informatiker EFZ mit Fachrichtung Plattformentwicklung. Zu Beginn geht es vor allem darum, Neues zu entdecken und die Grundlagen zu verstehen. Ich freue mich darauf, immer mehr Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen zu k\u00f6nnen \u2013 sei es beim Einrichten von Systemen oder beim L\u00f6sen technischer Probleme. Ich bin motiviert, mein Wissen Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt zu erweitern. Auch wenn es manchmal Geduld braucht: Mit \u00dcbung und Interesse w\u00e4chst man mit den Aufgaben.<\/div>\n\u00a0<\/div>\nWie bin ich privat?<\/h3>\nIch bin ein extrovertierter, kommunikativer Mensch und verbringe gerne Zeit mit meinen Freunden. Den gr\u00f6ssten Teil meiner Freizeit verbringe ich bei meinen Ziegen, die mir sehr am Herzen liegen und mit denen ich seit meiner Kindheit auch handle. Der Umgang mit Tieren erdet mich und gibt mir Energie. Golf ist f\u00fcr mich ein toller Sport, um den Kopf freizubekommen und gleichzeitig konzentriert zu bleiben. Ich bin jemand, der gerne Neues ausprobiert und Herausforderungen nicht scheut. Wie bin ich privat?<\/h3>\nIch bin ein extrovertierter, kommunikativer Mensch und verbringe gerne Zeit mit meinen Freunden. Den gr\u00f6ssten Teil meiner Freizeit verbringe ich bei meinen Ziegen, die mir sehr am Herzen liegen und mit denen ich seit meiner Kindheit auch handle. Der Umgang mit Tieren erdet mich und gibt mir Energie. Golf ist f\u00fcr mich ein toller Sport, um den Kopf freizubekommen und gleichzeitig konzentriert zu bleiben. Ich bin jemand, der gerne Neues ausprobiert und Herausforderungen nicht scheut.
